Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: TULLETASTIC.COM is an online shop. We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store.
Q: Do you sell fabric swatches?
A: Not yet, but they will be available in the near future. Currently we have a FaceBook group for previewing and asking any questions about products sold on the shop website. Find us at this link - https://www.facebook.com/groups/574191346352649
Q: I need more quantity than what is in stock. Do you accept special orders?
A: Yes
Q: Do you ship fabric in pieces?
A: No. All fabric is cut continuous. (For Example.....If you order 10 yards of lilac tulle, the tulle is one cut of 10 yards quantity)
Q: What is the minimum yardage I can have cut to order?
A: The minimum cut length is 1 yard.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Master Card, Venmo, Dines Club, JCB We also accept PayPal and Sezzle.
Q: Can my order be returned?
A: We do not accept returns but please message us if there is a problem with your order and will will do our best to correct it
Q: Can my order be canceled?
A: No
SHIPPING
Q: When can I expect my order?
A: Orders are processed in the order received. When placing an order, please consider processing takes 7-10 business days from the date of the order, (excluding weekends and holidays).
If you combine Early Release and In stock, your order will be cut and held. Once Early Release arrives, it will then be cut and added to your order.
Q: Can orders be combined?
A: Yes we will try our best to combine if you contact us.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide.
If ordering a custom cotton lycra fabric or woven fabric, please understand those can take up to 12 weeks to ship.
